Trout in a tin foil pouch:
- Trout
- 1 Lemon
- Tin Foil
- 2 T White wine
- 3 sprigs Thyme
- Salt and Pepper
Directions:
- Place your trout on a piece of tin foil large enough to create a package.
- Season the inside and outside of the trout with salt and pepper. Cut your lemon into rounds put the rounds inside the trout and on top. Put thyme sprigs on top of the fish and sprinkle with white wine and a squeeze of lemon. Add about 1 teaspoon of butter. Seal the package and place in a 350 degree oven. Cook for 15-30 minutes depending on the size of the fish.
